First chakra - the root chakra
First chakra, or the root chakra is located at the perineum, also connected to your earth
star chakra, which is slightly below the ground you walk upon, connecting you to the
earth, and the inner earth, grounding you and keeping you stable.
The root chakra might contain a lot of darkness, as in stagnant energies, that might have been there since someone’s childhood, or any repressed emotions relating to growing up.
Any traumatic events, emotional issues, anything unresolved, fears you might have
experienced as a child might perhaps sit in this chakra and needs to be released, cleared from you system so the energy can flow freely from your earth star chakra through to your root chakra all the way up, through to your higher self, that is the aim of clearing stagnant energies and repressed emotions. Anything slowing the energy down needs to be released.
Second chakra - the womb space
Your second chakra is the womb space, where the feminine sits, in particular. Any trauma or fear experienced in childhood might linger there and stop you from being
creative. It is where your creativity is activated, and this needs to be cleansed, any
stagnant energies released so you can return to being the creator that you are with the
balance in your feminine energy.
Third chakra - the solar plexus
Your third chakra, solar plexus, is located just underneath your ribs, underneath your ribcage and just above your navel. Stress and fear might collect there and will also need to be released.
These lower chakras might contain and hold on to these energies from anything that has
happened as a child or growing up. Any kind of traumas or suppressed energies, anything
experienced as a child as stressful or as an adult. Stress and overwhelm might sit in any of these chakras. Clearing these will release all of the stagnant energies, getting you back to yourself and your inner star will shine.
Fourth chakra - your heart
The fourth chakra is your heart.
This is where your lower chakras connect, containing your feminine energy connecting
with the top three chakras that hold the masculine energy.
Your heart might hold a lot of emotional pain, might be completely closed up in some
people, and there could be a lot of wounding sitting in the heart chakra waiting to be
released so you can experience life fully.
Fifth chakra - your throat
Now the womb chakra, the second chakra is connected to your throat chakra, or your fifth
chakra, and your throat chakra contains your truth , your inner truth. And if you feel that
you are not able to speak your own truth, your true essence, it is likely that some energy is
stuck in your throat chakra, which could also be related to any of the lower chakras. It is
very hard to speak your truth if you are contained in fear.
Sixth chakra - third eye
Your sixth chakra, your third eye is usually your visionary chakra. It is connected to your
pineal gland and mystical experiences. If this is freely open, any psychic gifts might open
themselves to you. You might start having visions, remembrance, or figure out what
psychic abilities or gifts that you might have. The location is just between your eyebrows.
Seventh chakra - the top of your head
Your sevent chakra or crown chakra sits at the top of your head. The Sirians will say this
is the opening to allow your source energy to come through to surrender your body. It is
your connection to the higher realms, and this needs to be open and cleared for you to be
able to be connected to your higher self, the spiritual you. Your higher self sits above your
crown chakra, and acts as a portal to the spiritual realm and higher energies.
The aim of the healings of each and every individual is to get the energy flowing freelyfrom the earth star chakra, keeping you grounded, feeling that you are on earth and belong here as a human. Flowing freely connecting to your higher self with any or all of the gifts that comes from this, being connected to your spiritual self, your spiritual side.
